Don't see this one come up too often-the movie was average-I had a friend who from '05-'08 set up display for chain movie theater...I stopped by to visit him every so often... :-\" -----40x60.
  • Thank god you have the pics going the other way now, can un-crink my neck!

    ;)
  •  &*!@#%!!! I know, i would post more picts, but every time I think i have it right, it turns out sideways, then i rush to fix it before the cursing begins. Me first!!!  :((-----I tried to re-post it correctly.
  • Do you have them hosted on Photobucket?
  • No, not yet. I tried but it wanted to upload all 1017 pictures from my phone. I will have to try again. ~X(
  • Nice Wes Anderson...  I have the quad.  Love his films and then he went and got popular....
  • Thanks, I searched EMP for other DL items & the quad came up-no OS's though which seemed weird...quad is much more manageable to display...I've seen that movie of his.
  • I picked up the B1 too... One of my very first movie posters was of Rushmore... I pretty much stopped picking up his stuff after Aquatic and Fantastic Mr. Fox...
  • Yeah, I saw a few of the Japanese on EMP as well-liked the train & blue bottom. I then googled his films-don't know much about him-& saw that Aquatic poster you have that is quite nice for contemporary paper.
  • Ok, here goes...got these when a friend worked at the AZ Science Center... image
  • Pretty cool Mark
  • Thanks, I really like them, just wish the artist had included the fourth funnel!
  • They are cool aren't they.
  • Maybe your poster has been trimmed?
  • How many funnels does it show in movie titanic? Of course Mr Cameron and Leo have represented historical facts 100% like the majority of hollywood films
  • Cool poster mark!
  • I saw this exhibit when it came to Houston.  They gave you a card and you got to see at the end if you survived or not...
  • Card with the name of one of the passengers.
  • Thanks guys, their not bad for swag! I'm fairly certain their not trimmed-will take exact measurements & post. Yeah, don't let historical facts get in the way of a good screenplay....although it's hard to argue with the sucess of Titanic as a movie.
  • Think I remember the card that was given to see if one survived. I browsed the exhibit as my friend was in charge of the staging... Also saw the Human Body exhibit up close, that was amazing! The preservation of the skin & body parts was truly awesome!
  • That would be depressing

Did you notice that the 'cadavers' all appeared to be Chinese?  Some controversy here at least that the bodies used were executed criminals and not in fact bodies donated to the cause
  • Didn't go to the body exhibit.  My daughter was with us and I think she was 5 at the time so no bodies...
  • No, didn't notice they appeared to be Chinese. I walked through some of the exhibit in about 10 or so mins. It was in early 2007 and the controversy regarding the German scientist who was obtaining the bodies had not gotten my attention. Have since read some of those articles. Guess I saw it from an anatomical perspective. No, not for kids at all.

  • Not real dramatic imagery but it's all about the story...first one was quite good. image
  • Your right @ David-I do find myself gravitating towards movies I saw in my youth...one Studio, one NSS version. No suprise to you all I'm sure, but the difference in paper texture between studio (smooth/glossy) and NSS (more rough/textured) is dramatic.

  • BTTF is probably as an iconic collectible as you can get for the 80s. Good stuff!
  • Nothing like childhood nostalgia.. great posters! One of drews best wiith the BTTF
