    Thanks, Mark.
  • "In space no one can hear you scream" - is a classic, there is no doubt it's not going to be a Disney movie when you read that.

That would be a local theatre print job - what size is it, A4?

    9'' X 14'' I believe.
  •  On the brighter side is this stock poster printed for the Speaking Of Animals short subject series that were first released in 1941 by Paramount Pictures and going through until 1950. The individual film titles were printed in the white blank area on the poster. Amusing taglines.
  • I am sure I have a poster somewhere around this pile of crap that I probably will never sort...in the meantime:

The "Speaking of Animals" series of theatrical short subjects was produced by Jerry Fairbanks Studios and released by Paramount Pictures from 1941 through 1950.

Created by legendary Hollywood animation genious Tex Avery, "Speaking of Animals" was the very first motion picture series to combine real live animals with groundbreaking special effects that allowed our critter cousins to talk, sing and crack jokes just like we people do.

The winner of 2 Academy Awards as Best Short Subject of the Year, "Speaking of Animals" presents a variety of mini-movies with animals in the starring roles (a talking monkey western complete with costumes and miniature sets & props; a cantina south of the border whose customers are all talking dogs; a visit to a canine hillbilly hootenanny), these one reel wonders also showcase wildlife explorations with fun facts provided by the animals themselves.

Filmed in 35mm Nitrate, there are 50 individual ten minute episodes in this collection.

Poor Cow ( 1967 ) and Darling ( 1965 ). These British quad taglines I am sure were someones brilliant idea  to help put some bums on the seats, as I imagine Poor Cow hadn't been and wouldn't likely set the box office registers alight. and to set any attendance records. Of course the two main images of Carol and Julie would attract attention to the poster immediately one would of thought. A clever thought out poster for this double feature programming.
