  • I'm sure we could burn off most of that darkness with bleach.  But then again I thought the same on a pair of Roman Holiday lobbies that started melting on me.  It's a toss up but might be fun to attempt.
  • I wonder how much color would be left/is underneath all that toning?...
  • Got a feeling someone will buy it and have it 'restored'.  When it is done, it will be dipped in paint and nothing of the original will be visible.

    I should buy it just to prevent this tragedy...
  • it is currently at $13 with 9 hours to go.  Expect it will sell for under $30.

    It is a premiere title of the 30s, but little of that era is valued these days.

  • ah, just noticed that he sold the same card in 2011 for $42.  Currently $22 with 30 minutes left.
