Took awhile for this to pop up - couldn’t resist. I actually met Robert Rodriguez when I was in college - we hosted him at A&M. I made the poster for the event... We viewed El Mariachi and he took questions after.

A lot of fun has been made over the years about the phrase used for selling, "these can be very difficult to find in any condition! a long time can go by without one of these coming up for sale". However, here's a poster where that is actually pretty true. As mentioned previously, one of the sub-collections I have is posters for 50's 3D movies. I knew this was one of the movies released in 3D, but I could never manage to find or catch one of the posters for sale/auction. While it would certainly be better to have a smaller poster for ease of display, I'll take what I can get. For your viewing pleasure (or not), a Hannah Lee 3 sheet:
Thanks, Mark. Hannah Lee definitely isn't going to win any design awards, as it's kind of on the "meh" side, but the coming out of the screen device was frequently their go-to with regards to what to show on posters for 3D movies. Here's just a handful more examples:
