I have a few I can enter into this contest. Now, if this old man can just figure out how to upload images via the "browse" under the image down arrow... Okie
Here's most of the Son of Dracula 6 sheet that is a contender for only known copy. It came out of an estate sale and showed up on eBay one day (thanks for the heads-up, Aussie Collector in Canada). The poster is lying on our king size bed and fills it up. Please help me find the small bottom sheet and get a reward! Okie
Thanks, Hondo! Here's one more contender for tonight (in North America): She 1935 original half sheet. It's framed, so sorry about the bit of a glare. I suspect some of you have seen this one before as it has sold a couple of times over the last 20 years until I bought it a few years back. I think it looks just fine in its original state and chose to leave it untouched. I also just bought a beautiful exhibiter book cover for She via Morrie that I'll show in the September 2021 thread. I think some of the posters for this movie are so lovely. Best, Okie

The moustache is there, so you got the best part indeed!
Howdy! In 40+ years of poster collecting… I’ve never seen one of these…ever. Being a native Oklahoman, I’m always a sucker for the smell of gunpowder and a sweaty Horse. An original 40x60 for this 1949 Oater.
Sadly, there are quite a few posters that have proven very elusive for me. Strangers on a Train daybill and one sheet is one of them along with Dial M for Murder daybill and one sheet and some others.
Hi John,
I came across your post when I was searching the forum for some research on some Aussie Hitchcock posters. Not sure if you have been able to come across a Strangers on a Train one sheet in the few years since you posted this, but here is an image of mine anyway.
Looks like something that would have been used at the film's premiere. Unfortunately I can't find any pics to back that up. Image on right is also on the Aussie 1sht.
Thanks! Here are some better pics. Appears to be silk screen, printed on cloth / linen. Two lengths joined with a seam. 2.5ft tall, 16.7ft long. May have been cut by approx 1ft on right. Has written on back in pencil: Town Hall 17' 6". Possibly from UK. Been asking around, and appears to be a lone survivor.
I love this one, and never seen other copy. It's a small half sheet for Aldo Lado's NIGHT TRAIN MURDERS.
Text says something like this:
“So brutal,
so violent, that hopefully something like this will never happen”
“Violence in the last train of the night”
“We warn the audience that this film, for its theme and content, might hurt their
sensibility. That’s why it has been rated Strictly Forbidden for people younger
than 18”

I think you just click on the Choose file and then go to wherever it is on your PC/phone.
Looking forward to seeing what they are!
Impressive poster Okie, even in its incomplete state.
Thankfully it is the bottom and not the top section of the poster that you are missing.
The complete original poster image.
Peter

How's this?
