The "Stylized Lion" logo was mostly only used by MGM on movie posters in the late 1960s (around 1968) so I would say it likely dates from that time.

Your image is a stock poster as suggested by Chris. The poster is very late 1960's or 1970's. The western stock poster that preceded this one appears below.

This looks to be a "stock" daybill and not a mistake. The title of an MGM release movie would be written in the blank area

Looks like the poster you got is from a rerelease of the film in 1989.
You should check emovieposter's past sales for a good idea on prices. You have to register, but it's free, and you will be using the site in the future, believe me.
