Did you say "Charlie" when you meant "Bruce"?DiegoP said:Denistanbul said:Hi Diego, sorry for my poor english, but what do you mean by
alternative ones (Mondo, etc.) ?
Oh ! I suppose you knew about that, sorry
They exist "alternative posters" made by actual artists, ussually using screenprinting, but also other techniques
"Mondo" is one of the business, maybe the most known, who have this type of posters... Or was, because they fired recently the leadership people there and seems to be they want to get ride of the poster's divission
Charlie also auction sometimes Mondo's (and other's) art prints in his website :

What you did is cool and works fine on my computer.
When you say "By the way, I found a few errors in some movie posters data, nothing important" do you mean on my site or auctions? If so, please email what you found to matt@emovieposter.com and I assure you they will be fixed ASAP!

X26 is indeed Phantom Of The Rue Morgue from 1954.theartofmovieposters said:Ok so I googled rue morgue film titles...Phantom of the Rue Morgue?
As mentioned earlier the scene originally posted was of a dead woman hanging upside down, and the preceding happening was the only genuine shock in the whole film. The woman had suddenly dropped down the opening over the fireplace.

Can't belive it, going through my stuff, trying to get organised, and came across this, hiding for the last 30 years. From a bunch of Inserts I bought, way back....

Re: A Do You Know Your Classic Movies Quiz.
On Northwest Passage, I read the book as a teen and liked it a lot. If memory serves, the movie only covered the first half because of how much content it had, but it underwhelmed at the box office, and the actors did not like the difficult outdoor filming, so the plug was pulled on the second part and it was never made.
