  I would not know. I do know the ones that I do have are English FOH cards. I have not seen any others.

  I got this from a woman in the US. Costed about $100, but could probably be sold for more.
  Not sure where to get another one, this is the only one I have seen. Could ask a few people down here to see if they happen to have one if you want, or send you the woman's email just in case she had another.
