  • Oh that's nice!

    Not seen that one before.

    Great start!

  • Hedy....

    Nice Chris
  • Oh yeah, like it Chris!
  • Wot? Wot? What is he doing?

Does this mean that  Ilsa is back with  Rick somewhere in Paris talking about her ex husband and their incredible time in Casablanca?

  • That's wonderful Chris!
  • Just acquired this album, apparently there were others found as part of a house clearance which ended up in the skip as they were thought to be just family photographs. Luckily this one was spared a trip to the landfill.

It it would appear the deceased owner was quite the fan of Jeanette MacDonald ect.. either that or they indeed had some rather dashing relatives.

  • And now for Nelson Eddy and Gene Raymond.

There's about another ten pages or so of these handsome fellows, but I think that'll do.  :)

  • The last one was supposed to be this and not the repeat. There were also a few loose stills that thankfully survived the clean out!

  • Wow, nice pickups Wil!
  • Yeah, well saved!
  • Thanks, I've just spent the evening reading about the bizarre romance/drama that surrounded these three.
  • Well all this talk of Metropolis is a bit over rated really.

When you can see what I picked up today.

The ONLY known copy of Above Us the Waves Daybill!!!!!!!!!!

  • Have to ask Matt.. is that laminated? Or just your sleeve?  :o:o
  • I've got a single colour blue/white version if you're up for a swap?  ;)=)
  • Not laminated, in a sleeve.

No duo tones for this house thanks mate. ;)

Still like to see what you have though for the record.

No problem I'll try and dig the hideous beast out tomorrow, although from memory it's pretty bad!
  • Nice noir paper Chris!
    Great find and salvage Will!

Only copy Matt! That must have been a  thrill ride to secure that one! Nice artwork too!
  • @Matt what are the printer details for that daybill?
  • Oh and apart from some nice Bullitt stills there was also this rather nice 'family man' shot of Audie include in the save.

My mistake Matt, it was a red NZ bill. Warning what is seen can not be unseen!  =);)

Excuse the poor lighting, it's a pretty gloomy day, made even more so by John's shocking face!
  • Quite a contrast! :o
