Since I now have the title, I thought I'd start a thread here devoted to the classic musicals.
First up is my current collection of classic MGM title cards from the golden age of the 40s-50s. I know I missed a couple, but I'll pick them up later.

Lovely Jay! Collecting since the 80s, wow!!!. are you able to give us an idea on how many lobby's you have?

my spreadsheet says 673 entries are for lobbies. Of those 170 show a set of at least 8, and of the rest, it probably averages 3-4 cards. So, a couple thousand cards overall.

BTW, on that Follow the Fleet, the other woman pictured is a pre-Desi Lucy. Follow the Fleet also had a pre-Ozzie Harriet.

I went crazy at Heritage. This now completes a major collecting goal of a lobby card from each Astaire/Rogers film. And these cards are the grail.

I let the Roberta and Follow the Fleet title cards pass, so I could spend more on the two better cards shown here
