Poster printing the old way

Hi everyone,

I am based in NSW and am looking for a printer that can print like the Australian Daybill posters were printed.
ie. M.A.P.S. LITHO PTY LTD etc.
I was hoping that someone may have any leads? Looking to use the same or similar paper stock as well.

Haha noo, I'm innocent! Just general curiosity as to any of the original printers may still exist or anyone doing posters like the originals
