Unknown actress from a circa 1934 RKO Radio film. Film was supposedly titled Blonde Poison, but no record can be located for any film having this title, so the identity of the pictured unknown actress and the film title remain a mystery.

In my opinion though I don't believe that the earlier posted actress behind the shower curtain is Jean Connors. This actress looks way more older than sixteen to me.
As for the film Blonde Poison it would certainly appear that it was never made, and all the publicity regarding it was pre production.
Curiously the caption for that "R.K.O. Radio Stars and Features for 1934" picture in Everyone's (13 December 1933) lists:

It would certainly appear to me that the actress in question is Thelma White, The below poses and particularly the same hairstyle have convinced me. Does everyone agree?
Thelma White was a very talented all round performer. Seen below on stage with her all girl orchestra.
She will probably be best remembered for her role in the now that has become a cult film, Reefer Madness (aka Tell Your Children and also The Burning Question ) ( 1936 ).
