    It isn't An Officer And A Gentleman. Your thinking Rick of there being a Clint Eastwood connection is spot on though.

    Hopefully someone will crack this case soon.

     I am disappointed that no one got to solve it despite being informed there was a Clint Eastwood connection involved.

    It is the Dirty Harry character and the correct scene, but not from the the Dirty Harry titled film from 1971.

    Yes C515 is Sudden Impact (1983). Mara Corday is the actress in the below scene.

     

     Mara Corday and Clint Eastwood appeared in the film Tarantula! in 1955. Mara was the star and Clint had an unbilled bit part. 

     

    Clint also had Mara Corday appear in three of his other films The Gauntlet ,Pink Cadillac and The Rookie. They remained lifelong good friends.

     The Young Girls Of Rochefort (Les Demoiselles de Rochefort) is a French musical comedy film from 1967.
