  • As image C628 would certainly appear that it isn't going to be answered, I will now reveal the answer to be Arabesque from 1966.

  • I was thinking of other films around that period, but didn't get this one!

  •  C630 C631
The above two new images answers should be obtainable.
  • C630 is clearly Oklahoma!

Correct. Oklahoma! from 1955. The featured scene image was part of the dream ballet.

  • A clue for C631 is BB.
  • Another clue for C631 is pre code.
  • A final clue for C631 is a classic musical
  • C631 - Footlight Parade (1933)

    Peter
  • C631 - Footlight Parade (1933)

    Correct answer and well done,

My earlier clue of BB was referring to Busby Berkeley who staged and choreographed the musical numbers that appear in the film.

  • It should have been obvious from your clue about BB, I don't know what I was thinking!

I am sure it happens at times with us all when things that should be obvious just fail to register
  •  C632  C633
    The latest two challenges.
  • C633 is Maureen O'Hara in McLintock

Correct. McLintock! from 1963. Due to an oversight on my part I included this image and also image C632 here instead of on the Actresses Legs Quiz thread.

I would like to point out that this film, although very enjoyable isn't a film you would consider to be  a classic, so you need to take this into consideration when attempting to identify the film.
  • A clue for 632 is a very tall actress.
  • I thought Bruce would grab this.  Geena Davis in Cutthroat Island

Yes it is the correct answer for C632. Cutthroat Island from 1995,

  •  C634  C635
Two more that are certainly classic films to be identified.
  • A stab in the dark - but "Sweet Smell of Success" 1957 comes to mind from the image in C635

Yep, you got it!  Love that movie.  But of course we have to await Lawrence's final seal of agreement :)
  • I feel like 634 is a trick somehow....

A great correct stab in the dark answer Peter, and full marks to Ves as well for knowing it.  I clearly remember the scene when the newspaper bundle landed on the New York street pavement.

The film's director Alexander Mackendrick, who also co-wrote the film had previously directed the classic British films Whiskey Galore! The Man In The White Suit and The Ladykillers.

  • I feel like 634 is a trick somehow....
I like to occasionally present something a little different.
  • I think I have a guess for 634 but will hold off.

  • c634 is Midnight Cowboy. Joe Buck has it on the wall of his room. What a powerful movie!
