Need urgent help / opinion – "bradburied"

Hi everyone,
I think I messed up badly and need your advice. Yesterday, I won several auctions from the eBay seller bradburied (Randy Poling). Looking back, a huge red flag was that I was the only bidder on all of them.
Here is the list of Inserts I "won":
  • Blade Runner (Insert) look at the orignal link below at the left edge it should also not be original
  • Star Wars Style A (Insert)
  • Jaws (Insert)
  • Return of the Jedi Style B (Insert)
  • Empire Strikes Back GWTW Style (Insert) (look at the link below on this one i can see it could not be orignal
  • Alien (Insert)
After doing some research tonight and reading the warnings here on the forum, I realized his reputation. I immediately requested a cancellation of the order. Just a few minutes later, he suddenly marked the status of all items as "Shipped" to block the cancellation.
I already contacted eBay customer support, but they told me I now have to wait until the package arrives before I can take the next steps.
I am almost 100% sure these are all fake/bootlegs, especially the Empire Strikes Back GWTW – even looking closely at the auction picture now, I can see things that don't look right. Yet, in his descriptions and messages, he constantly and aggressively emphasizes that everything is "100% original".
My questions to the community:
  1. Are these specific Inserts from him known to be 100% definitive bootlegs?
  2. Once the package arrives, what is the best way to handle the eBay dispute so I get a full refund without getting scammed on return shipping?
  3. What specific features should I photograph on these inserts to prove to eBay that they are counterfeits?
I would highly appreciate any help or pictures of genuine vs. his bootleg versions to back up my case with eBay.

he send it although i wanted to cancel it. i talked already to a ebay employee and he wrote him. T When i get the delivery i will post all inserts. And Please can you help me to identify all of them. I asume with this collection he sold all of them as bootlegs. i know the croppings on the edges
  • I don't have any of them so can't send photos. Probably best to wait until they have arrived and then send good images for the experts on here.

i will.. i am 100% sure he sends bootlegs. jaws insert without pg rating box, blade runner insert, esb gwtw style, alien insert, return of the jedi style b, star wars insert style a. i can see already the cropping on these in his tiny pcitures he posted. i was damn stupid not to double check this. you can see the ebay auction is in the first post
  • Unfortunately these are notoriously bootlegged titles and sizes. The chance that one seller has all these originals in insert size for sale at the same time is incredibly low.

i will post them as soon as they are here  aprox. 2. -10th of september.  He will give me back the money. i Know the cropping. Most of them are cropped
  • The first US Insert is Jaws. Its the one without PG Rating which is often faked.
Here you can see the typical bootleg with the small hair copying.

  • Next one Blade Runner Us insert. Typical Cropping

  • next one us insert Empire Strikes Back GWTW: Typical cropping, Color too brown, Minty White carstock too thin , also shinny paper
