I could post them all but a lot of research has been done by LAMP and complete lists and photos of logos can be found there. You have to be a member. If anyone is interested in any of that information I can dig it up for you. But I don't see it an appropriate move to plagiarize Ed and Sue's work.
I guess I could naturally do a lot of work and dig printer info from auctions etc. but it is just not that important to me at this time in my collecting journey...
