    Agreed!
  • Continuing with the non Aussie theme, just arrived.

    L'avventura (1960) - French 1P

My wife made me buy it and who am I to argue,  she was particularly drawn to imagery of the woman in the trenchcoat

  • Cant wait for the day my wife makes me buy a poster! Lovely artwork.
  • Yup...that rocks!
  • Nice!!!
  • One hates to think what the Blake Films daybill would look like.
  • It's a bit short for a Trench-coat, but Jollynice poster.
  • And Dave was drawn to what delights might be found under the overly short trenchcoat

    Says you...

trench coat or trenchcoat is a raincoat made of waterproof heavy-duty cotton gabardine drill, or leather, or poplin.[1] It generally has a removable insulated liningraglan sleeves, and the classic versions come in various lengths ranging from just above the ankles (the longest) to above the knee (the shortest).
  • Great artwork, especially with the ocean. Linenbacked? How was the condition when you got it? Planning on framing or just wanted to fix her up?
  • It's already backed, I expect it will be framed.
  • A couple on a classic noir that in my experience is next to impossible to find paper on!

  • Great title to own.

Nice pieces, Chris. HS is somewhat basic in design, yet the colors, layout, text and overall look scream film noir!
  • Excellent title to own paper on Chris. Congrats!
  • Good works Chris!
  • The final piece to complete the Australian paper trilogy puzzle.

Fistful of Dollars Australian one sheet

Need is a relative term ;)  More so I couldn't stand waiting until I was 75 for one to show up again so, as with others, gotta settle for the Yankee paper

It's the quote on the 1/2 sheet that really got me :)
