  • Been after this one for nearly a decade!

  • Just awesome. Send it over.
  • Nice poster....

  • Here are couple I picked up and my antique show finds:

Reflections in a Golden Eye OS, Beguiled OS, Weekend at the Waldorf Insert, Burning Hills Lobby, Father's Little Dividend Lobby, Stopover: Tokyo Lobby, Lion in Winter Jumbo Lobby/Still, Apache Chief Insert, Blue Velvet French 1P, and Austrian Travel Poster.

  • Forgot to say that the Weekend at the Waldorf was on foam core and I already removed it in the photo.  I plan on paperbacking it.  Not bad for $10.
  • Take long to remove from the foam core?

10-15 min to remove and another 15 minutes to get all the gunk off the back... It's the 4th poster I've done. Other than the queezy feeling you get from the Bestine you just soak the crap out of it, put it on an incline, poor more Bestine where the poster and board meet and work your tool back and forth.  Inserts and lobbies are simple a full one sheet is a little more intense.
  • Nice Frankie

Geeze Charlie, the Antique show that keeps on giving. Congrats!
  • Needed some new Halloween paper this year.

    Day-glo UK one sheet

    and from Egypt

I got both of these from new member darvishjo (John) and am very happy.
    Thanks, John!
He has a boatload of posters on ebay right now: http://www.ebay.com/sch/webuysem/m.html?item=302096564791&hash=item46565bc237%3Ag%3AZvUAAOSwLnBX9End&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

  • I also stumbled upon a poster that I've had a hard time finding an original for.
It's a 1972 commercial poster from Warren Publications of the iconic horror cover art by Frank Frazetta from CREEPY #6 (1966). It is 20x27 and reeks of Halloween.

  • That Frankenstein is stupendous.  To say I Love it is an understatement.

Liking that Legend of the Werewolf too...not usually my cup of tea but something about that one.

Cudos to Charlie...especially for the resolve to rescue the ones most of us would just walk past:)

  • Nice Ted, the Dracula is excellent

Fantastic Waldorf poster & great removal of foam core! I've been wanting to try my first backing removal with a Kraft paper backing.
  • Amazing Frankenstein! Super congrats!

You've had too much fun charlie...great stuff!

    Ted! What a horror haul!

  • Been after this one for nearly a decade!

I had to check the calendar.
Nope. April Fool's is April 1st.

That poster is a jaw-dropper, Matt. Congratulations!

Haven't bought from an argentinean seller for a while until yesterday.
Nice one sheet for "De hombre a hombre" a JD drama from 1949. Directed by HUgo Fregonese, director of Blowing wild, Black tuesday and My six convicts.

    @110x75 Matias i missed this..gorgeous!
  • Looks great in person. Thanks Sven!

Nice one, Ted- I'm not a horror collector but this Dracula has a good classic look to it with good colors & design.
  • Belgian-Target Unknown-1951. Not a particularly pricey poster, but I loved the artwork!

  • US 1sht-See Here Private Hargrove-1944. This will be practice before I back Blazing Sixes, which is in several pieces as well.

  • Very good, like the simplistic action of Fool's Gold

Unusual to see a horizontal daybill nowadays too.
  • @Eisenhower  hell yes to target unknown! Well done!

@Mark great haul cant remember ever seeing them !
  • The Terry Thomas posters are usually great.   No exception here.  Lawd, don't need another lot to collect!

  • Great selection of daybills Mark. For my daybill files is there any chance you could post a larger clearer image of School For scoundrels. This is the only image I have seen on this title. By the way a nice comedy film recommended to view.
