Lucky you, not sure when it will begin in the UK. Have to say, not that keen on Catherine Z Jones but looking forward to watch her portrait of a lady.

If you will watch it, do let us know what you think :)
• Watched a movie on Netflix called Airlift (2016) - an Indian production.

Wiki: Airlift is a 2016 Indian historical drama film directed by Raja Krishna Menon, starring Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur. The film follows Ranjit Katyal (Akshay Kumar), a Kuwait-based businessman, as he carries out the evacuation of Indians based in Kuwait during the Invasion of Kuwait by Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

The acting was not the best, the script was weak in places, the Kuwaiti army looked like Indians, and a couple of times they broke into song, as you do when in a war zone... :| However the movie was based on a real event, the airlift of 170,000 people. I'll be honest I never heard of this event, quite incredible...

My question is: why the mix of English and Indian language throughout, it's not the first time I've seen this, I just don't know why

• Hacksaw Ridge - I'm guess the only reason it didn't win more awards was because of Mel's past. It was a damn good movie.
• Just saw a film called the physician and was one of the best films I've seen in a while...
• Watching Seinfeld...George is a hand model, Jerry is wearing the Pirate shirt... =)
• Terrible shirt...
• I always get sucked into this movie...and I never regret it! :)

• :hang_loose:
• Lady Vanishes 1938 Hitchcock.  Reminds me of Flightplan (Jodie Foster)...

Stargate... Can't resist if it's on cable.

I did buy Passengers on blue ray and my only complaint is:
Why in the world wouldn't they have had children???  I mean they were together another 60-80 years...
• Always watch Stargate if it is on.

Just watched a double header on Fox - To Catch a Thief, The Birds. Grace's elegance in the former never fails to amaze, on the other hand Cary Grant's tan seems to look worse and worse each time...
• Feud Bette And Joan and is fascinating and recommended for anyone interested in Bette Davis, Joan Crawford and Hollywood history. Great acting from Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon, but I must single out Judy Davis's great portrayal as Heddy Hopper and Alfred Molina as Robert Aldrich.

Yeah-he looks like he was oven-baked at 450 for way to long! Was that a real tan or fake makeup as if he'd gotten tan living on the Riveria?!
• Watched this one last night, better than I thought it was going to be...

• Hacksaw Ridge. A good solid action movie but almost typical of Mel Gibson, the story line, completely fascinating.
• I tried to watch Nocturnal Animals.  I had to turn it off at that one part because I just couldn't watch.  I read the plot online turned it back on and skipped that chapter.  Still it was a well done movie and I liked the symbology of the book against the real life story line...  Still makes me want to have my pistol under the steering wheel though.
• What was the problem with the bit you turned off??
• I kept thinking about my wife and only daughter...
• March Madness-College Basketball. With 16 teams left, ive still got $ on an 80-1!...
• Just watched the Magnificent 7 (2016) for the third time. It's there with Open Range. A western that didn't get fucked by big business.

Well...my 80-1 lost last night...big pay day....vaporized in a magnificent 3-pointer buzzer beater! :s
• I am thinking about locking myself in my home theater for four months to see if Kate Beckensale will show up and give me a bath and a shave...
• Stargate is on again!!!
