Ideas on trays for soaking. cleaning, bleaching posters
What are you guys using for trays to immerse posters in? I want to start working on U.S. one-sheets, so I figure I need some kind of tray about 48 x 30-36 inches that is waterproof and chemical resistant. The only thing I can find are containment trays, and they are over $100.00 each.
What do you guys use? If you made them, how did you make them, and of what? If you bought them, where did you buy them, and how much did they cost? Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give me.

It huge. One sheet posters fit easily in it. It's about 2" deep but I don't keep posters submerged, however. I soak them between two sheets of Mylar (Charlie and Eisenhower describe the process on this site) and then wash after deacidification and bleaching (if necessary).
I used a spade drill bit and cut a hole near the bottom of one end and installed this make shift drain (I used a grinder to lower the profile of the bulkhead connector to get optimal drainage into a 5-gal water container):

I tilt one one up and I wash using a Python attached to my sink (our water is somewhat hard so I get somewhat of a buffer). Final rinse/ wash is with distilled water.
Just keep the water flowing at a rate where it doesn't overflow the tray.
