Of the three quizzes I commenced recently and these being Horror, Film Noir & Science Fiction the only one that I can truly say has great images that prove to be the more challenging are the genres of Film noir / Crime & Mystery in the Film Noir quiz. The Sci-Fi & Horror images are over all fewer and more popular so are more recognisable where as a lot of the Film Noir images are obscure. The popularity of the three quizzes are as follows.
The Science Fiction Quiz started 31 / 8 / 2015. Replies 268 & views 1.3 k.
The Film Noir Quiz started 8 / 9 / 2015. Replies 97 & views 492
The Horror Quiz started 10 / 9 / 2015. Replies 97 & views 455.
The Science Fiction category has been the runaway success but the remaining two categories are running about neck and neck allowing for the two day difference in when they commenced on the forum. They are both remarkably popular in their own right as well.
I have a large quantity of images for the three categories to keep these quizzes going for some considerable time and I wish to thank Ves for her contribution.
This tread is very popular so I wish to point out to members interested in horror that there is a thread that was started by Pancho recently titled ''Borrowed art - so which came first'' which perhaps is not being viewed by everyone. There are a lot of posters and information on the genre of horror contained within the thread so if anyone hasn't taken a look at this thread so far I would encourage you to do so as I am sure you will find it interesting.
