No, because both Heritage and EMP are well known in the poster collecting community for their auctions and posting what they are auctioning was generally agreed that it could hardly be called 'outing'.
It was mainly concerned with the outing of eBay and other fringe (auction) sites that may have hidden gems that people wanted to keep to themselves.
Given that thread is some two years old, why are you raising it now?
I hadn't really looked at that thread before but I don't really get your point that if someone highlights a hidden gem on EMP or HA that is OK but not OK if the same poster was on ebay.
How is it a hidden gem when Bruce is smashing every nook and cranny of the internet telling everyone all about his stuff? I think most people would agree anything on HA or EMP is not "hidden".
That said, the thread to which you refer is generally used to exclusively discuss the Signature auctions not the everyday auctions, we're not here to give free adverts to all!
Its just my opinion, as I said. Both Bruce and HA have so many items that it is easy to miss some things. Same is true with ebay. If something great comes up on ebay, I don't see a problem with "outing" it but all I am doing is expressing an opinion.
Fair point Matt. Although I've no intention to bid and certainly enjoyed looking at those early Aussie Daybills, I'm sure they've now got more eyes casing them out. Fingers crossed they still end up remaining in Australia.

BTW. You haven't voted, your vote counts, if the vote swings the other way then that is the current forum rule.
