I've never seen an Australian TTCSM cinema one sheet.
-
I love looking and the posts and images but don't always comment unless i have something relevant to say.
Sadly, I',m not too good on the quizzes. -
More fascinating reading and images, thanks.
-
Fascinating, thanks John.

I've got the double bill and Curse of the Voodoo but not the solo Frankenstein vs Space Monster, which is the best of the lot!

Scream?

the one on the left is great and new to my eyes

I was referring to Fanatic. -
From banned to an M rating in less than a decade!

I remember watching RoboCop at the cinema and noting the sloppy edits. Even swearing was cut.
NOTLD's release in Australia was several years after the US so they should have been able to locate some artwork. -
Like Robocop in the 1980s, it was probably edited to an M to attract a potentially bigger audience.

Not a good time to be selling my spare Captain Clegg!
-
My Dalmas is also an unusual size, not a daybill but much smaller than a one sheet.
-
A rare title from the 70s.

I thought Warlords of Atlantis but can't see a connection to any pioneer or 243.

I had a sad local example.
I was in the local surf club and a fellow member came up to me one day while I was out on patrol and asked if I collected movie posters as he had a few oldies.
I got them but sadly he had a full shed of them and… -

Agreed, and that has resulted in the prices falling. -
that's a good example of linen backing being needed and working.
-
That's good luck for you but if I was the seller, I'd be pissed at Heritage.
-
(Quote) that confuses me?

I used Dario from Vancouver and was very happy.
-
I've only linen backed a few posters and that was because they needed repairs - King Kong, Psycho and Jailhouse Rock - all good titles. I've seen many examples of linenbacked posters where the cost of the backing would have been more than the value …

345 is a classic slasher image but i can't place which one.
-
Tanya's Island is new to my eyes.

Fantastic selection and some real gems...and a lot more in the background!
-
It's hardly a film to warrant a re-release.
-
343 - Omega Man?
344 - legend of Hell House?
