Bigger And Better Name The Stars Of The 1950's Quiz - Part 2.

My first Name the stars of the 1950's quiz has fared well. Posted on the 17th of May and after 5 days has had 49 replies and 366 views. Before I commit to what I think will be a bigger and better quiz I would like to have some feedback to if there is enough interest in preparing a second quiz as it will be time consuming for me but at the same time enjoyable. Let me know? A teaser.

Does look a lot more like Sophia Loren than Yvonne De Carlo.
  • Betty Grable.
  • I was actually going to guess Loren but couldn't find a film she starred in to fit

Spot on Mark Maureen O'Hara in Flame Of Araby. Great detective work or just good guessing? Whatever it was top marks to you. I don't think the insert is a great likeness of Maureen O'Hara either.

  • O.K. players. One almost impossible and one I think easy but think out of the box. Good luck.

Yes correct in Esther Williams & The Unguarded Moment

Yes Lauren Bacall correct and well spotted. And the description is for Fred MacMurray and the film title Women's World ( 1954 ). Good work David.

  • I agree it is great art but not a great likeness of Jean Simmons in my mind. I must be making them too easy.

    2. Rhonda Fleming as Cleopatra (a really bad image of a hot redhead)

    4. Don't do Westerns

1 Same answer as Chris and correct with Marie Windsor and the film named as well..                                                                                                                    2 Rhonda Fleming correct as Cleopatra. The film Serpent Of The Nile which was produced by Sam Katzman the producer of numerous low budget films between 1933 and 1973. Think of bad films and his name seems to immediately spring to mind.

Images 3 & 4 think British musical and comedy.

  • Image 4  - think television.

  • Is the one on the right Fred MacMurray  ?
