A nemesis poster that I finally found for a price I wanted to pay:

    Pale Rider US OS

Looks like it's in great condition! Nice. :peace:

Charlie we are only allowed to post Aussie posters on this forum - did you not get the memo?
    Sorry...

My new poster is a Pale Rider OS like this one I have, except it is not from Australia...

  • Wait... Don't I send the memos???

I've always questioned who has been steering the SS VMPF shipwreck
  • Some more non-Australian posters...

    Godfather (1972) US One Sheet

From a Theatre in Guam.  I plan to see what I can do about the masking tape but leave the snipe in the middle.  The Agana Theatre from what I have determined was an active movie Theatre in Guam dating back to the World War II...  Excellent care was given to the letters - I love posters like this.

    Some cheapos...

Return of the Texan (1952) US One Sheet

That Other Woman (1942) US One Sheet

I've been buying every "Other Woman" poster (for my wife's collection) since my wife gave me a hard time about Natalie Portman.

  • Oh, I like That other Woman.

  • Godfather is a unique piece. Price was decent too.
  • Always nice to get the elusive ones - very nice Charlie, congrats.

I think the history of The Godfather poster - really cool, kind of adds to it doesn't it?

    :murica:

  • Bikini Beach 1964 Australian one sheet

The Enemy Below 1957 Australian one sheet

The Five Man Army 1969 Australian one sheet

  • Yuuuup!
  • Is that a Cruella De Vil?
  • Those are nice Matt. Bikini Beach is different from US version, Enemy Below has cool ship/sub contrast!

Most excellent pick-up on the Endless Summer, rare beauty!

(post edited, added title of posters - please remember, it helps future generations of members, visitors and Google finds the image)
  • The Lady From Cheyenne ( 1941 ) is a nice poster and historically interesting as it would have been one of the last posters printed in the long daybill size in the dying days of that format.
  • Nice Creature Craig
  • 3 out of the 5 Glass Key's sold on EMP belong to members here....I like that stat.
  • Thanks fella's , Here is program for Physco I picked up from a second Hand shop.

  • Cool instructions by Hitch!
  • Spent a day with Matt driving round his favourite haunts, learning what's what - good weather and a good day. Picked this poster up as a bit of fun at one of the stops; Sheree North was one of many Marilyn 'copies' from the time and being a Marilyn fan so added this cheapie poster to the pile as a bit of fun.

Learnt something with the purchase too, Sheree North played Kramer's mother in Seinfeld (Barbara "Babs" Kramer).

How To Be Very Very Popular (1955) - Daybill

  • Yeah nice, but I am still waiting on that NIVEN!
  • It's in New York
  • You had your chance...that's what you get for being a poster snob, and or consorting with such...
  • No problems, you should be able to solve the next Lawrence Quiz when I start posting pieces of old rare posters, afterall you should know who the actor is...

    :p
  • Well a piece  is better than nothing. ..
