Poster Identification Help

Eisenhower

This poster was posted on our FB site with questions regarding its origins? Other info. My cursory search yielded nothing. Anybody got any ideas/info? Thanks.

PRC was around from 1939-1947 so I suspect they picked up the Educational Pictures rights at some point. 

Film (really a 'documentary' short) seems to have originally been mid 30s and this poster would be for the PRC re-release some time between '39-47.

Or that's my best guess right now...
