Godfather Red Face UK 3 sheet

Hope all is well and safe.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with some info re Godfather Red Face design.
I know the the puppeteer's hand was designed by Neil Fujita, which was originally designed for the novel's cover. But does anyone know who designed the red face itself. All the info I have seen credit the poster to Neil Fujita but not if they are just repeating info re the Puppeteers hand. Also I understand this was designed in the UK for foreign markets.
Also I am writing this with a heavy heart as after looking for a good copy for a long time and having found one , I have now ended up with botched linen backing job ( by a so called professional who insists it a perfect job). Ripples all over, some bubbling and at least two tears on the poster that weren't there before.
