Either I haven't had a dispute in a while or this is new.  You can no longer file a traditional dispute and eBay appears to have moved to this money back guarantee concept.  You have to request a return vs. filing a dispute.  The window to request a return is now 30 days vs. 45...  Anybody have experience with this new concept yet?

I send everything by trackable/registered post now - I get a copy of the details and they get a copy. There can be no arguments when one can watch it moving on the internet and then it ending with a 'Package was Delivered'.

Funny thing...  He told me here recently he didn't send them until Friday/Saturday last week. I got home just now and there was a tube with two near mint 'replacement' posters in it... 

Maybe not so bad after all!

Next month they are changing to 180 days instead of 45 for claims made via Paypal transactions.
