  • Oh see!  That's just perfect now.  Wonderful walls.
  • Those walls are about as good as it gets!

Does someone have The Day the Earth Stood Still Aussie one-sheet? That would fit in there quite well!

I am a framing god =) this went up on display in my wife's furnishings & interiors store yesterday, it's a great place to showcase the big pieces - this, like several others in store is NFS.

    Le Mepris (1963) French Grande

  • whoa!...poster and framing look great! :plus_one:

  • That's quite the ticket. Sweet!
  • Given this is this forum's ALL TIME FAVOURITE thread (most views) - Mark's The Eisenhower Linenbacking Experience... and Sooo...anyone heard of anything good coming up? way behind in 2nd and 3rd place respectively, so I think we need to see more images of what you all have on the wall.

Posters were made to be put on the wall - share your walls!

  • I am due for a swap out, but then I got sick, and it got too hard.

Maybe over easter.  I need one more long daybill to go with two already lined up to in the frames...any ideas???

Oh wait...I seem to recall purchasing a couple lately nicely flattening out!

Curious, for those that have them up on the walls, how often do you try to swap out?

Before having the girls it was every 6 months for me.  Since having the girls, maybe every 6 years!

  • I don't swap out as often as I should like to, just been too busy - that said I still love seeing the ones I do have on the wall on the wall - I'd miss them. I'd consider maybe taking down my FP and substituting with The Iron Petticoat.
  • I wish I had more up & framed! Most $ lately going to paper or restoration supplies...
  • Checked the date stamp on the photos of my last swap out and it's been more than a year!

Time for a swap out...the hardest part is picking what the feck to put up.

  • I dont know where to start or end Ves, magnificent arrangement! The Martin Lewis wall put a smile on my face. The Shirley temples look perfect! And the rest! Nice to see college framed  :)
  • It is so great to see posters displayed so well!

I also like that you use black frames and white mats. To my mind, the posters are so colorful that they don't need colorful mats or gaudy frames, but that's just me (and obviously, you too).

  • Wow! Such great posters & displayed so nicely. The comedy foursome in bedroom is very cool!

And agree, black frames look best, it's all about the paper!
  • Spectacular Ves!
  • Classy girl!

Completely stunning Ves! The Caddy is just bursting with colour.

  • lovely colours Ves
  • Thanks for the kind words all.  Just the two quads to go now but can't make up my mind what to put there.

And yes agree with you Bruce - couldn't have said it better myself.

  • Awesome!
  • Very impressive Ves.
  • Ves, I am speechless
