  • # 232 answer is The Innocents ( 1961 ). Clue above was the image of  Henry James. who wrote the novella The Turn Of The Shrew in 1998, and this material was adapted for the making of film The Innocents.

    This previously popular quiz has been missing in action for two years and nine months now, so I thought it is about time to revive it. It will take over from the War Movies Quiz which is currently spelling.

    I am thinking that perhaps you have a daybill poster in your collection that has a very similar image  appearing on it that is displayed in a little different way.

  • 236 is The Maze. (1953).  I assume the clue refers to Veronica Hurst (Hurst Castle)

    Correct. My clue only referred to the fact that the film was set in a castle situated in the Scottish highlands.
