Sorry, if you cannot enter your own correct birth-date on an official form (ie Facebook), then don' be surprised when everyone sends birthday wishes - that's what social media friends do. So you need to suck it up and accept your new birth date.
Birthday buddies! I too had a great day. I’m the president of an engineering society and we had a fundraiser on the afternoon of my birthday. They announced it and I had 100+ sing me happy birthday... Never had that happen before. Then, wife and friend, they had champagne and cake tucked away, bringing it out after the event. Then when I got home my sister and her wife had driven in and threw me a surprise dinner. Got to see my puppy I had to give away too... No posters but I felt a lot of folks were trying to make me happy, which is great...
