The above images are of three daybills that are included in a bulk lot of fourteen Australian daybills that you have currently have up for auction.
As you don't retain any title records of these bulk lots Bruce, I thought that you may like to know that the above three daybills are extremely rare. You have no records of selling any of these three titles individually in the past. It is possibly of course that you may have previoulsly included them in post bulk lots, but if you did I never picked up on this.
I just thought that you may like to know this information, and also to let possible buyers that they can pick up some rare titles in the bulk lots from time to time.
Thanks Lawrence. I will have Matt add a note, naming these and their rarity.

Some collectors aren't seeking posters for monetary value reasons, but wish to collect some rare posters that no other collectors may have in their collections, or just designs that may appeal to them.
I am also thinking that there could be some personal memories involved regarding a particular film that often attracts the buyer.

Yes, there are many reasons why people purchase movie posters. A customer of mine recently purchased a Ride a Wild Pony daybill and he sent the following message "Very pleased to acquire the poster. The film was made by Disney Productions in our small town of Chiltern, in north east Victoria, 50 years ago this year."
If you were waiting for the "last minute" to send consignments for our December Major Auction, then NOW IS THAT LAST MINUTE!
I KNOW it seems like our Halloween Auction "just ended", and that's because it DID just end (that is what happens with "every 4 week auctions"; we need to have it "live" on December 1st, so we need all the consignments on their way to us by this Friday!).
We know that lots of people end up waiting for the very last moment to consign, and we are very much nearing that last "moment"! If you DON'T get your December Major Auction consignments on the way to us no later than November 1st (two days from today as of this writing), then you will have to wait until our April 2025 Major Auction, and you don't want that to happen, do you?
***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO RECEIVE YOUR CONSIGNMENT PAYMENT FROM OUR VERY SUCCESSFUL AUGUST MAJOR AUCTION BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, WE SENT THOSE PAYMENTS A MONTH AGO, SO ALL OF YOU SURELY HAVE THEM (and we paid for EVERY item sold, because unlike other auctions, we almost never have supposed sales that "fell through")!*** ***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW OUR HALLOWEEN AUCTION DID BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THOSE AUCTIONS DID WONDERFULLY!*** ***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW OUR COMPETITORS DID BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THEIR AUCTIONS DID BETWEEN LUKEWARM AND DISASTROUS!*** ***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW MANY GREAT ITEMS WE RECEIVED BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THE IMAGES AT https://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major#december2024 SHOW WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED LOTS OF GREAT ONES (with lots more on the way)!***
SO IF YOU HAVE ANY EXCELLENT RARE AND DESIRABLE ITEMS YOU ARE WILLING TO SELL, GET THEM SENT OFF TO US NO LATER THAN FRIDAY SO THEY CAN BE INCLUDED IN THIS WONDERFUL AUCTION!
We already have SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THREE high quality items entered in our database (see a very few of the better items at https://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major#december2024 and LOTS more keep arriving EVERY day!), and we charge the lowest commissions of ANY major auction at every price level (and anyone who says different is flat out lying; see https://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major#absoluteproof for absolute proof!), and we have auctioned more movie posters for more money than anyone in the world. Why consign anywhere else when you can consign to the best (and most honest and honorable) auction there is?
And remember that, unlike many other auctions, which have perfected the "art of auctioning without auctioning", we actually DO auction every item we list, and they REALLY sell to the high bidders! So many other auctions keep listing the very same items OVER AND OVER again (and again, and again, and again!), and we don't mean the same TITLES, but the actual exact same poster!
We don't know what that means, but it sure ISN'T what we do here at eMoviePoster.com! EVERY one of our items actually sells, which is why the ONLY time you seen the exact same items return to our auctions (a fraction of the time that it happens at other auctions) is either when a purchaser re-consigns it to us, or the very rare times (fewer than one in 1,000 times) when the buyer never pays us, and we always identify either of these when they happen.
That is why our auctions are such a "breath of fresh air" as opposed to every other auction, and why we get better results overall (even discounting the fact that no one knows which of their results are "real"), because bidders and buyers love knowing that our auctions are completely honest (and of course it also helps that we do everything else right too!).
What are we looking for? While we of course prefer great items, we will still accept any linenbacked or paperbacked consignments (movie or NON-movie), BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE REALISTICALLY OVER $100 EACH, AND ARE NOT IN LESSER CONDITION. But if your items are NOT linenbacked or paperbacked then they need to be rare, REALLY desirable, and in pretty nice condition! If they are not REALLY special, they will surely do better in our "regular" auctions, and the thing you most want (and we want!) is for your items to sell for the very most possible, and if they will do better in the regular auctions, that is where they should be!
And since this December Major Auctions (unlike the just-concluded 3-part Halloween Auction) will be in one part, that means there is a "flat" auction that starts 5 days before, and a "rolled" auction that starts 3 days before. Having your consignments in those auctions is very close to having them in the December Major Auction!
Given the sensational results we received in ALL of our Major Auction this year and last (and also our "regular" auctions as well and especially our August Major Auction and our just-concluded Halloween Auction), doesn't it make sense to consign some or all of your top items that you are willing to sell, so they can be in this December Major Auction, when we absolutely have the most (and best) buyers of quality material we have ever had?
Don't delay. Consign today! Remember that your items only have to be ON THEIR WAY to us on Friday the 1st, so you can get them ready over the next few days and then send them Friday. This is absolutely going to be another wonderful auction!

Just a comment Bruce on your latest auction reveal which includes bulk lots
Included there are two bulk lot packages of Australian daybills which contain 67 posters in one, and 48 in the other. The posters are from the 1950's to the 1990's with slight variations. The condition of the posters seems good.
It is surprising to me that the lots are so large seeing the majority of the included titles are of mainstream Hollywood films.
These two lots appear to me to be a great opportuning for a first time buyer to obtain a good introduction to Australian daybill posters.
It will be interesting to see what prices they will bring.
Those daybill lots were sent to me "pre-made" by the consignor. He prefers getting a larger chunk of money all at once, and he pays a much lower commission on the lots, compared to what he would pay if they sold singly (and of course, many would not qualify for our minimum values).
I hope you save images of any that are previously unseen, if there are any.

None this time around, but I have done so with unseen images from your previous bulk lots.
This is a complete preview gallery of ALL of the 1,140 U.S., non-U.S., non-movie posters, lobby cards, and much MORE that starts December 1st! Each thumbnail image in this gallery links to a single supersized version of that image). The gallery includes the auction title, including the lot numbers, so you can see the exact order in which they will be auctioned. It also includes the exact overall condition grade that is on each auction.
What this complete preview gallery DOESN'T include is all the images from each auction, and you CAN'T read the written condition information about each item's condition (or the film's description) until the items go "live" on the 1st. Of course that info will be included in the actual auctions! But by seeing the "super-sized" images and the overall grade you have much information about the the exact condition of each item long in advance of the auction, so you can better prepare your bidding strategy when the auctions go live (starting at 3 PM CST on the 1st).
So between now and Sunday the 1st at 3 PM CT (when the entire auction goes "live"), PLEASE spend some of that time looking over this wonderful preview gallery, and then you will be more prepared to check them all out Sunday when they go live!
I KNOW for certain that this auction is PACKED with lots of extreme rarities and highly desirable items of EVERY kind. It is surely one of our best major auctions in years!

We don't do Thanksgiving, seems to be a just an American thing, we do however have Black Friday sales now, and Halloween. Any excuse for selling more merchandise basically!
My company, eMoviePoster.com, has well over half a million dollars in rare posters and related items closing in 3 sets of auctions over the next 5 days
A LOT of people contact us and say, "There is a poster I would like to bid on, but if I got it I would need to sell some posters from my collection to pay for it, but I could get outbid, so it would be foolish to sell the posters NOW, and find I did not need to. What is the solution?"
For those people we developed our "Layaway Plan" and here is how it works:
The item (or items) need to be a total of $1,500 or more. Right after you win, you need to pay one-third down. Then, you can take up to 30 days to pay the second third, and up to 60 days to pay the final third, but you MUST have it all paid for within 60 days of the auction(s) close.
And unlike every other auction we charge NO interest at all, AS LONG AS you pay it all off within the 60 days. This is especially great for collectors who don't want to have to start raising the money until after they find out if they won it or not!
And we also get collectors who say that if they win the item they want, they would gladly consign the items they want to sell to US, so they can use the proceeds to pay off their purchase.
For those people we developed our "Consignment Offset Plan", which allows you to win an expensive item and ONLY THEN send us consignment items that will yield what you owe or greater.
We charge no interest on the balance owed, and auction the consigned items and use the proceeds (after commissions) to pay for the poster(s) you purchased.
But you MUST send enough value to cover what you owe, and you must send those items right after the auctions you won at ended.
SO ALL BIDDERS SHOULD BEAR THESE STRATEGIES IN MIND BEFORE YOU PLACE BIDS, BECAUSE IT MAY ALLOW YOU TO BID ON ONE OR MORE ITEMS YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD NOT AFFORD (because you needed to pay in full after the auctions ended).

Did you ever hear that you "can't buy steak for the price of hamburger"? Or that you can't get "Tiffany's service at Walmart prices"?
Those sayings may often be true, but they are not AT ALL true when it comes to buying vintage movie posters at auction!
Because when you buy from eMoviePoster.com auctions, you not only get the best (and most honest) service, but you also pay NO "buyers premiums" (especially the truly obscene 25% "$29 minimum ones") and only get charged the actual cost of shipping (plus $4 per box or tube for packing materials)!
And everything is honestly condition graded, with unenhanced super-sized images! And we are the ONLY major auction that completely honestly describes the "pre-restoration" condition of all restored items.
This is especially important when you are buying linenbacked posters, because restorers are SO talented these days that they can take an incomplete poster and make it look like a complete poster that had minor restoration.
And it can take a top auctioneer with decades of experience to see through this, and sadly many auction companies do not have such an expert, which is why they sometimes auction heavily restored posters WITHOUT disclosing the extent of the restoration.
We know this because over and over we have been consigned restored posters that collectors bought from other auctions, and they are shocked when they learn the true condition of those items.
But with us, you never have to fear of being sold an over-graded restored poster! That is because I (Bruce Hershenson) personally grade EVERY restored poster (and I have graded FAR more of them than any person in history!).
And also we alone among all major auctions, offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on EVERY restored item we auction, as opposed to NO guarantee from all the other major auctions!
If you find undisclosed restoration in any item you buy from us (either immediately or years later), you can return it for a full refund, and NO other major auction anywhere in the world (not just poster auctions) offers you that!
When you buy expensive posters and lobby cards at auction, don't you want to deal with the auction that treats you 100% honestly in every respect?

Remember Phil Wages who worked for eMoviePoster.com for many years?
This is Bruce, the owner of eMoviePoster.com. I NEVER do this, but I want to ask all my friends and customers (especially those who have been with me a long time) to consider helping my best former employee EVER, Phil Wages, in his current business venture. If a bunch of you will give any degree of support it will help him achieve his goal. Please read on!
"I'm Phil Wages. Remember me? It's hard to believe it's been nearly 5 years since I worked at eMoviePoster.com. As you might recall, I left in order to focus on my own business, Wages Brewing Company. We make craft beer and kombucha and provide a variety of live entertainment and support many local causes.
Bruce and I continue to be friends, and we get together for lunch about once a month. I asked Bruce if he would share with you all about the next chapter in the life of my brewery. I know this is not at all movie poster related, but he agreed to do me this favor. Thank you, Bruce!
What It's All About
Back in October, I decided to temporarily close Wages Brewing in order to focus on relocating it to a much better downtown location (which just happens to be a few doors down from eMoviePoster). Things have been coming along well, but I have come to a point where I need some help to get to the finish line and complete our buildout renovating a historic downtown building so we can reopen this spring.
I've already got a business loan, and I've already cashed in all my savings and retirement. So to raise the additional capital needed to complete this project, I've started an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign.
Some of you reading this may not know what crowdfunding is. When you watch the video for this campaign, you'll learn that it's a relatively modern way of raising small amounts of money from a large number of people who believe in our project, and in return, these "backers" receive perks or incentives, not to mention the satisfaction that they contributed to the success of a small business.
I'm sure many of you will remember me from my 22 years at eMoviePoster, and I figured you would be interested in helping back this project since I personally know many of you, and you are good people that like to help small businesses.
Call to Action
So I'm asking you to please visit my Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, watch the video, then consider helping me by choosing one of the perks I'm offering. Here's the campaign link: https://igg.me/at/wagesbrewco/x#/
It's not lost on me that the vast majority of you live nowhere close to West Plains, Missouri, so the perks I'm offering may seem inaccessible, but maybe you find you still want to do something to help, and that's why there are actually three great options you could pick to contribute (HINT: two are free!):
#1 You can contribute ANY amount. How? While on our Indiegogo crowdfunding page, click or tap on "Pick Your Perk". At the top, you should see a "Make a contribution" box where you can contribute whatever amount makes the most sense for your budget.
#2 This one is free! Also from my Indiegogo page, use the "share" button to share my campaign on Facebook, Twitter, or use this link to email friends/family who might be interested in helping my project: https://igg.me/at/wagesbrewco/x#/
#3 This is also free! Separately from the crowdfunding campaign, I am currently in the running to win $25,000 plus an interview with Forbes magazine and became the winner of "Entrepreneur of Impact"! Of course, $25k would go a LONG way towards getting our project completed!
To help me win, simply go to my voting page each day and vote. It takes less than 30 seconds and is free. You can even pay for extra votes to boost me! Ultimately, I need to be #1 in the final round to win. I started below #20 but as of this writing, I'm up to #4 thanks to the efforts of just a few dozen of friends and family. Just imagine, if half of YOU voted, that would surely help me climb to the top position, then you'll get to see little ol' me in Forbes magazine AND help me get my brewery reopened! Go here to vote, and please remember to come back and vote daily: https://entrepreneurofimpact.org/2025/phil-wages
In closing, I very much appreciate your time and consideration. And when any of you are visiting West Plains, please let me know and I'd be thrilled to give you a brewery tour and an in person "thank you"!
Cheers Phil Wages"
This is Bruce again. Phil is a REALLY great guy! I hope you will lend him a hand. Thanks so much for anything you do.

I have had it with the massive Post Office problems. I just sent the following to all my U.S. customers:
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 3/03/2025 First, some background. When I started in mail order 57 long years ago (and in this business 35 years ago), the U.S. Post Office was incredible! It was inexpensive to send packages, and everything got where it was going, in the time promised. And yes, if you did not pack that well, packages sometimes got damaged, which is why we started packing so great, and because of that we almost never had ANY damaged packages.
In fact, in 2000, the U.S. Post Office had a "flat rate" box, that could hold around 50 folded one-sheets, or around 200 lobby cards, and they only charged $3, no matter where in the U.S. you sent it. But over the next 15 years, the U.S. Post Office went downhill in many ways. First and foremost, the prices kept increasing dramatically. Second, shipping times started getting longer, and more and more arrived "late". Worst of all, there were more damaged packages, including ours.
But in the past few years, things have gone from bad to terrible. Prices are MUCH higher, delivery times are FAR longer, and FAR more packages are lost or damaged. Worst of all, the U.S. Post Office's tracking system has imploded. Packages get scanned in, and then there is no more tracking for weeks, and rightfully customers are furious, and they want a refund, but we can't even put in an insurance claim for 30 days, so we are caught in the middle.
And in the past few WEEKS, things have gotten SO bad that we feel we must now take a major step:
1) Effective immediately, WE WILL ONLY QUOTE UPS ON DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the U.S.). If you insist on having your order sent USPS (the U.S. Post Office) we will do so, but ONLY IF YOU SAY YOU WILL WAIT UNTIL AFTER WE HAVE FILED AN INSURANCE CLAIM (and collected on it) IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR DELAYED.
2) WHY are we doing this? Because, while some UPS orders in the U.S. are delayed or damage, it is not NEARLY as bad as with the U.S. Post Office. And with UPS, we have a personal representative who fights for us (and gets many orders located and moving) and we have no one in the U.S. Post Office who does the same.
3) WHY are non-U.S. customers excluded from this (for now)? That is because the U.S. Post Office often does as good or better a job that UPS on out of the U.S. orders. But this varies from country to country, so we give non-U.S. customers the choice of UPS or USPS.
4) We VERY much hope the U.S. Post Office "gets its act together", and that we can resume offering their service. The Postmaster General has resigned and this entire massive problem is starting to get national coverage, so MAYBE they will work on fixing this broken system.
5) The only "silver lining" is that, for now, just about all the packages HAVE been showing up and getting delivered. But a very few have been permanently lost, which is why we insist on full insurance on all orders (unless you have your own private insurance that covers it).
To sum up:
1) STARTING IMMEDIATELY WE WILL ONLY QUOTE UPS ON U.S. ORDERS. 2) YOU CAN HAVE US QUOTE USPS (the Post Office), BUT ONLY IF YOU REQUEST IT, AND IF YOU ACCEPT YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND UNTIL AFTER WE COLLECT ON INSURANCE.

My company's (eMoviePoster.com's) incredible April Major Auction closes in just 9 days at https://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/15.html and as of now, there are truly unbelivable deals on wonderful posters!
Think I am exaggerating? Let me stick to hard cold facts, with posters that last sold for FAR more than what they are currently at now (and remember that unlike every other major auction, ALL these WILL sell to the highest bidder, because none have any reserves (or buyers premiums):
BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S one-sheet - currently at $2,750, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $5,930! TO CATCH A THIEF one-sheet - currently at $1,175, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $3,375! HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL one-sheet - currently at $1,055, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $2,175! STING one-sheet (different art) - currently at $985, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $2,100! GODZILLA style A half-sheet - currently at $947, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $5,350! ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN R56 half-sheet - currently at $760, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $1,801! FRANKENSTEIN MEETS THE WOLF MAN signed Title Card - currently at $550, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $2,000! PULP FICTION one-sheet (Lucky Strikes) - currently at $550, the last time we auctioned an example of this it sold for $3,130!
and the above are just a few examples of how many incredibly low prices there currently are (and of course there are LOTS of wonderful items we have NEVER sold before, so we can't compare those to past sale prices, but most of those are also at super low current prices!
And yes, most of these will get more bids, but there can and will be some or many wonderful deals, because, as we said above, NONE of these have any reserve prices!
And you need to ask yourself this important question! Is it possible that there is "too much" great stuff being auctioned all at one time in this incredible April Major Auction, and that this will result in many great bargains? Maybe so, and if this DOES happen, shouldn't YOU be doing all you can to be one of the people who gets those "great deals"?

At the end of April 2024, I (Bruce Hershenson, owner of eMoviePoster.com) announced that "I will continue running this business (just as I have for the past 35 years) through the end of 2025, at the very least!".
I did this to both reassure our bidders and consignors that we would not be "going anywhere" for AT LEAST twenty months, but also to let long time collectors know that, if they were planning on consigning the portions of their collection that qualify to us, they should start giving it some serious thought!
Now that the end of 2025 is "only" nine months away, I want to update the above, and tell you all what I am tentative planning for 2026 and beyond, so that all of you reading this can better incorporate our plans into your plans (again, especially those of you who are reaching an age where you are considering possibly liquidating some or all of your collection).
Here is where I am at currently (but with the world so ever-changing, especially in regards to shipping companies, I can only say what I am currently thinking and not make iron-clad promises):
1) I much prefer the current "leaner" eMoviePoster.com, where we hold auctions every four weeks, where we (for a long time) held every week auctions. I also much prefer the new minimum values, where ALL consignments must be solidly $50 minimum ($75 for lesser condition, and $100 for linenbacked).
Both these changes have given me "a life" where I can do other things besides working on my business, and I can take lots more trips!
2) I also DON'T want to sell the business or shut it down. I feel I am too big a part of what makes us special, and if I leave, it would not remotely be the same. And I don't want to shut it down, because of the 70,000+ bidders, the just-under 4,000 consignors, and most of all, the 19 employees!
As long as it can not completely dominate my life, I am fine with continuing, for the foreseeable future, which strikes me as a giant win for just about EVERYONE (except our "competitors" who sorely want us to disappear, because we keep making them look bad!).
3) Sadly, because shipping costs have gone up so much, as have many other costs, the economics of selling $20 and $30 single items just aren't there any more for us, which is why we have raised our minimums to where they are now.
If this continues in the same direction, I will likely raise our minimums to solidly $75 minimum for "very good" or better condition ($100 for lesser condition, and $150 for linenbacked).
4) This raise would likely occur at the end of 2025, but I can't rule out for sure that it may come sooner. So PLEASE those of you with consignments that DO qualify NOW, but would NOT qualify at the higher minimums, REALLY TRY TO SEND THOSE TO US NOW, so you don't miss out.
And if you have been considering consigning your entire collection, you have a much greater chance doing so NOW than next year, when we will likely be much more selective in what we accept.
5) Notice that we only raise our minimums, while other auctions keep raising their fees and their buyers premiums. I don't know how they sleep at night with what they charge (and that explains why they spend fortunes trying to get new consignors (and note that 99% of their ads are spent on getting consignors, and they hardly advertise for buyers at all).
6) The one thing we can't count on is some "X factor", like shipping costs becoming prohibitively high, or other factors completely out of our control. But unless something completely unexpected happens, all of you can count on there being an eMoviePoster.com in your life, for 2026 and beyond!

WE AT EMOVIEPOSTER.COM HAVE UPDATED OUR NON-U.S. SHIPPING POLICIES TO COMBAT THE INSANE TARIFFS!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 4/07/2025|
First, some background. As many of you know, for most of the 1980s I spent my days trading stock options on the floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. This included October 20, 1987, when the U.S. Stock Market fell by its greatest percentage loss ever, almost 23% in a single day.
So I feel I have qualifications to comment on the current world events that have caused global stock markets to plunge (but not nearly by as much as in 1987).
The current events are a "man-made" catastrophe, caused by the actions of one man, adding staggering tariffs, that have now triggered a global trade war. While this is terrible, it is something that can be reversed in a moment, simply by recognizing the mistake of doing so, and canceling the tariffs.
AND IT IS BECAUSE I FEEL THIS IS CERTAIN TO HAPPEN (either sooner or later), I MAKE THIS OFFER TO ALL OF OUR NON-U.S. BIDDERS:
We already offer all of our bidders an unheard of SIXTEEN WEEKS of "Pay and Hold". This means that you can pay for your purchases and wait up to 16 weeks after you win the first ones to have them shipped.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, I WANT ALL NON-U.S. BUYERS TO PUT THEIR PURCHASES ON PAY AND HOLD (unless you have an urgent need to get the items sooner, and then we WILL send them to you, but of course, any tariffs you might incur would be beyond our control.
I say this because I feel SO strongly that the tariffs will be gone before 16 weeks are up, and the moment they are you can have your purchases sent (and of course, you can also have them sent at any time in-between).
WHAT IF THERE ARE SOMEHOW STILL TARIFFS COME 16 WEEKS FROM NOW? If this is somehow so, we are extending the maximum length of Pay and Hold for non-U.S. customers only to ONE FULL YEAR! Surely this situation will be resolved by then, but if somehow not, I will be open to extending it even further.
And as you likely know, we have a giant walk-in vault, and all expensive orders on Pay and Hold are stored there, so security of your purchases is not an issue.
And of course I very much hope this is "much ado about nothing" and that the tariffs will go away as quickly as they came, but I want you all to know we are there for you in this way, and we have been in every way for 35 years (and THIS is what makes us so very different from EVERY other auction, poster or otherwise).

I was looking over a pretty cool auction of mostly props, and I noticed THIS when I clicked on a description of a lot:
"The absence of information regarding condition in this lot description does not indicate that no condition issues are present. Please contact us for a condition report, and with any questions prior to bidding. It is the bidder's responsibility to request a condition report in order to determine their own opinions on condition, provenance, and validity before placing bids. Condition reports are rendered as an opinion by the staff of [this auction] and not as statements of fact, we are not responsible for any discrepancies between this information and other opinions. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy to assist you in assessing the condition of the lot. In accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, as agreed to by bidders upon registering for an auction, all sales are final and all lots are sold "as-is.""
Is there ANY collector ANYWHERE who isn't chilled to the bone when they read this?
And THIS is why I started eMoviePoster.com, the ONLY auction anywhere that not only does NOT subscribe to "Buyer Beware" but which also offers a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on EVERYTHING we auction!
And this is why we thrive 35 years later, with just under two MILLION unique auctions, and $121 MILLION in real sales! Discover "the eMoviePoster.com difference" and it will be hard to go back to any other auction!

I am also thinking that there could be some personal memories involved regarding a particular film that often attracts the buyer.
- Their name is the same as the leading actor
- They had a family member in the film
- Their grandfather did the artwork on the poster
- The film was released in the same year they were born
- Their town was the subject of the film eg Spotswood
- The person buying the poster is an entomologist eg customers who purchased "The Hellstrom Chronicle".
- Cat and Dog Lovers.
- I have sold The F.J.Holden to car enthusiasts.
- and many other quirky reasons
Often they will only ever purchase one poster because there is a link to family or an event.I KNOW it seems like our Halloween Auction "just ended", and that's because it DID just end (that is what happens with "every 4 week auctions"; we need to have it "live" on December 1st, so we need all the consignments on their way to us by this Friday!).
***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO RECEIVE YOUR CONSIGNMENT PAYMENT FROM OUR VERY SUCCESSFUL AUGUST MAJOR AUCTION BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, WE SENT THOSE PAYMENTS A MONTH AGO, SO ALL OF YOU SURELY HAVE THEM (and we paid for EVERY item sold, because unlike other auctions, we almost never have supposed sales that "fell through")!***
***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW OUR HALLOWEEN AUCTION DID BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THOSE AUCTIONS DID WONDERFULLY!***
***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW OUR COMPETITORS DID BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THEIR AUCTIONS DID BETWEEN LUKEWARM AND DISASTROUS!***
***IF YOU WERE WAITING TO SEE HOW MANY GREAT ITEMS WE RECEIVED BEFORE SENDING DECEMBER MAJOR AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS, THE IMAGES AT https://www.emovieposter.com/learnmore/?page=consign_major#december2024 SHOW WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED LOTS OF GREAT ONES (with lots more on the way)!***

I hope you save images of any that are previously unseen, if there are any.

Cheers
Phil Wages"
This is Bruce again. Phil is a REALLY great guy! I hope you will lend him a hand. Thanks so much for anything you do.
Here is a handy checklist to help tell eMoviePoster.com apart from all other major auctions!
First, some background.

Here is a handy checklist to help tell eMoviePoster.com apart from all other major auctions!
