Of the remaining three images at least two out of the three are films I probably haven't seen, ( or ever want to see ), so unless an unlikely thought on what they may be comes to me, I am out.
For # 142 a thought that it may be Frances O'Connor in Kiss Or Kill ( 1997). Probably incorrect but she did dress in similar gear to what appears in your image.
#139 is definitely Nancy Sinatra. Those boots are iconic (if not actually made for walking). I believe the film is speedway. Can't find the actual image, but found several with her wearing that dress.
#138: Had to cheat, and I've never even heard of the film, so Im out.

143. The legs in the picture above the girl are from a very famous favourite blonde beauty, on this forum. The legs on the couch belong to a virtually unknown actress, but the director of this film loves to tell us how many films he has brought up...part of a double feature...which has featured in this thread previously.
#147: I was thinking Liv Tyler in Empire Records, but when I looked, she wasn't wearing white knee socks. Figured it out by cheating. Not my sort of movie, but should be recognized by many here.
