The film was adapted from the international best selling Booker Prize winning novel of 1982 titled Schindler's Ark.
The strong connection clue referred to the novel having been written by the Australian novelist Thomas Keneally
I did not know that. Incidentally, the book is excellent, and contains a lot of info not shown in the movie.

It sure is, with Ingrid Pitt seen appearing in my earlier poster image. Where Eagles Dare from 1968.
Ingrid Pitt was a Polish born British actress, most known for her Hammer Film vampire roles.
Interned in a Nazi concentration camp in Poland for three years during the World War 11 Holocaust, both she and her mother, whilst being taken out to be executed, managed to escape.
An additional clue for 413 is although a major studio production if failed at the box office, due most likely to the lack of any well known stars being cast in the film.
Putting your clues together, I guess A Time to Love and a Time to Die, a movie I never saw

Correct working out the answer for 413. A Time To Love And A Time To Die from 1958.
Universal apparently were trying to to promote John Gavin as being another Rock Hudson box office attraction, but though for little success.
Seen below in a scene with John Gavin is the author of the book this film was based on. The author being of course Erich Maria Remarque the author of the famous anti war film All Quiet On The Western Front novel. He played Professor Pohlmann in the A Time To Love And A Time To Die movie.
My Tarzan clue referred to actor Jock Mahoney who played Tarzan on film in the 1960's in two MGM feature films. He originally played a villain in the Gordon Scott Tarzan film Tarzan The Magnificent in 1960. Later he played Tarzan in Tarzan Goes To India in 1962, then followed it with Tarzan's Three Challenges in 1963.
418 While I hopefully await some answers for the earlier posted three images, I will take the opportunity to now add this image as well to the above theme involved groupings.
3 of the 4 are findable with a little imagination and creative image search. However I've never seen any of them and don't 'feel' them, so I'm passing this time.

Sorry you're not 'feeling' them Jay.
My highest viewed quiz is currently for the first time in it's nine years history failing to have any answers forthcoming at all for a large poster batch. I will admit though the that four films aren't that well known in this day and age.
I'll give it a little longer in the hope that some answers will arrive.
In the meantime though I will have to think up some suitable clues to include here if and when required in the future..
Two of my favorite movies have "firing squad" images, but I am pretty certain neither are shown here: Paths of Glory and The Day of the Jackal.
Jay has AMAZING search abilities, and seems to be able to find anything. I use a primitive approach. I need to have an idea of what to look for (from a dim memory) and then I search my image archive to see if I can find the match.
I seem to recall a lot of WWII movies had "firing squad" images, but no memorable ones come to mind.
However, I eagerly await your clues. I like how you often "think outside the box" when making them!

415 The Enemy General (1960)
416 Prisoner Of War (1954)
417 The Victors (1963)
418 This Land Is Mine (1943)
I have decided to take a rest from continuing organising this quiz. Although it has been my highest viewed quiz on the forum over the years it has been struggling of late. My decision is due to the lack of member involvement for whatever reasons in recent times. This decision is to cease contributing any new entries to this quiz for the foreseeable future.
I intend for the time being to focus on my other two quizzes the Classic and Actresses Legs Quizzes, along with my other threads..
A big thank you to those members who have contributed answers to this quiz over many years. I also wish to thank, and as well acknowledge the other members who have in large numbers viewed the quiz, and hopefully enjoyed it without ever participating in it.
