Think outside the box. You will need to stretch your imagination here.
I figured it out, but I'm not sure anyone else will make a connection. Kind of obscure. Initials V.A.
Not in line with my thoughts, so curious to know what you have come up with.
Poster is from Cinderella 2000. Ran across it by accident while I was looking at 3 Stooges in Orbit images. Male lead, and person I assume is in the poster was Vaughn Armstrong, who went on to be Admiral Forrest in Star Trek Enterprise (among many other roles. Also ST Voyager and DS-9 in different roles. Guy gets around)
UNLESS, OF COURSE, there is some stolen artwork thing.
Very good Jay. Sorry I was thinking the V.A. you had mentioned was referring to the image that I think the man in the spacesuit looks like, but you have correctly supplied the name of the film where the image originated from as being Cinderella 2000 ( 1977 ). I was thinking 1990's for what I believe is for the minor look alike. who reminds me of the man in the spacesuit, based on facial looks mainly plus. to sum up in one word. what he is doing in Cinderella 2000.
Sorry to query the Vaughan Armstrong finding, but Vaughn looks far too handsome.
The following unknown actor in the spacesuit in scenes from the film below doesn't look like Vaughan Armstrong. This actor has to be the one appearing on the poster artwork.
All I had originally asked was the name of the film which we now know,so the name of the actor isn't required, only who the image reminds one of.
Woody from Toy Story ( 1995 ). My initial thoughts when I first saw this image was that it reminded me of Woody.
I think I can hear booing. Keep in mind I did say '' Only in a small way, does this person remind you of someone else ?'', '' I should clarify that it is mainly in the face, but in a different form of flying than is depicted here''. '' Think outside the box,you will need to stretch your imagination here'' and'' A clue is to think animation''.Agree or disagree with my thoughts it certainly got some people involved.

I believe that is the fairy godfather character, played by Jay B Larson. I didn't select him because he is only credited in a few softcore flicks. I figured you couldn't mean him, so I picked the only actor that had any reasonable credits. Sue me!

Not superman.
I can honestly say...got no idea. Lurch from the Munsters?

The reason I was going for Three Stooges in Orbit was that I thought he looked a bit like Mo, except for the haircut.
BTW, it pretty much had to be Vaughn Armstrong because everyone else in the cast was a porn star daylighting in softcore.

Vaughan Armstrong seven years after Cinderella 2000 appearing in The Philalelphia Experiment ( 1984 ).

Oh, and I see David Brenner more than Woody.

Interesting!
Yep Mary Shelley published 1818-01-01. (And I pieced together this monstrosity 2018-01-02)
I like this Swedish one from 1931.

Not only Frankenstein, but also the seeds for Dracula. And that collaboration included her husband Percy Shelly, and Lord Byron as well.
Not too shabby for something that was essentially a bar bet.
But I do assume somebody else eventually would have created a fictional blood-drinker.
Interesting also that Frankie hit the stage in 1823 and Shelley later extensively revised the story.
