Well remembered Ves. The correct film, but it isn't Constance Bennet that we are after.
Service de Luxe marked the film debut (and in a major role) of Vincent Price in 1938. The actress we are after though is Joy Hodges, a supporting actress in the film. as seen below with Vincent and Mischa Auer.
